Cranial osteopathy is a gentle technique that can be used in conjunction with other osteopathic techniques, particularly for babies and children. It is effective for certain conditions and can be a great option for those seeking gentle treatment.

During a treatment session with an osteopath, you can expect a comprehensive assessment of your current condition and medical history. This will help the osteopath to diagnose and treat your condition in the most effective way possible. A hands-on examination will be performed to identify any areas of restriction in your body. Based on this examination, the osteopath will discuss a diagnosis of your presenting problem and design a customized treatment plan specifically for you. A variety of osteopathic techniques will be used to treat your body and condition appropriately. Additionally, you will receive advice on work habits, exercise, and the possible need for other health professionals or medical investigations. If necessary, X-rays may be ordered to further assess your condition.

All of our appointments are 30 minutes, including consultation and treatment. The regular charge is $95, and this is reduced to $65 for an ACC-related injury treatment. Please contact us if you would like to discuss with one of our osteopaths whether your injury will be eligible for the ACC subsidy. Children under 5 are $80.
