We cannot give this company a lower star rating. The business (aka BPM Contracts Ltd, among others) is directed by Campbell Grant Senior & Ricky Pene. Their methods of dealing with client concerns, local authority fail notices, etc is to simply ignore them. Building inspections by a private Master Builder & the Local Authority failed the work but no action has been taken by this company. The contract should have followed guidelines by LBP (Mr Senior is an LBP) but were also ignored. The arbitration encouraged by LBP was arranged b y our lawyer but indifference by Mr Senior has brought this to a halt. They know they have a case to answer, but cowards & cheats take the life savings of a retired couple - but do not complete the build. We are left with an empty leaking shell instead of a home. Shame on Mr Senior & Mr Pene.
