Pipeline Press
Pipeline Press focuses on photographs, books about pipe organs, and organ music, CDs and sheet music for organ. Two previous hot sellers were books called "Organ-isms: Anecdotes from the World of the King of Instruments" which has become a hot seller world-wide and the more recent coffee table book published by Butz in Germany called "Looking Up" (The German title is Dem Himmel Nahe and the book is in 3 languages, ISBN 978-3-928412-17-9). Pipeline Press has also completed publication of a work by Nicole Morelle, a French author, translated into English by Martin Setchell, about the lure and magic of pipe organs from a European perspective. A recent publication, "Organs and Organists: Their Inside Stories", promises to be a stellar addition to the catalogue. And just released in September 2020 is "Enigmatic Variations - Puzzles for Musicians", a charmingly illustrated book of conundrums with musical themes.
Pipeline Press also promotes CDs recorded by concert organist Martin Setchell, included his most recent recording made on the new Rodgers organ in the Christchurch Transitional Cathedral, called "Cardboard Cathedral Organ Capers". Martin's own arrangements of favourite orchestral works are also now available from Pipline Press. These are gradually being expanded.
