This may include assessment centres to determine strengths and developmental areas, with elements such as psychometric and 360° assessments, behavioural interviewing, in basket exercises and role plays. Following this, working collaboratively with the leader and having input into their development plan to see desired outcomes achieved.

For individual development / leadership development, we achieve this by first gathering information about a participant’s potential and preferences through ability and personality testing.

To enhance the clarity of the information and ensure an opportunity for questions to be answered, our Registered Psychologists provide clients with a consultation session to accompany the written report, usually within 24 hours of the candidate receiving verbal feedback on their psychometric test results.
