Enhancing the effectiveness of teams and work groups by developing awareness of both self and others. This is accomplished by identifying the team’s strengths and development needs, and working through methods for maximising group performance and enjoyment.
Designing and delivering tailored learning packages to increase personal effectiveness. Targeted learning areas may be identified through the use of a diagnostic assessment.
Helping staff transition and cope with uncertainty. This could be as a result of redundancy, a restructure or from a need to ready staff for overseas deployments / secondments.
Enhancing leadership skills so that staff are provided with direction and support that maximises productivity. This may include assessment centres to determine strengths and developmental areas, with elements such as psychometric and 360° assessments, behavioural interviewing, in basket exercises and role plays. Following this, working collaboratively with the leader and having input into their development plan to see desired outcomes achieved.
