We support the development of individuals and teams by providing participants with relevant and objective insight into their strengths and development / leadership development needs. We offer advice on determining developmental priorities and can design personalised leadership development plans to help individuals meet their goals.

For individual development / leadership development, we achieve this by first gathering information about a participant’s potential (abilities) and preferences (personality) through ability and personality testing. We then conduct a development feedback session with the participant to discuss their relative strengths and development areas in relation to current or future job requirements. This feedback session with a Registered Psychologist can usually be scheduled within 48 hours of the participant completing the psychometric tests. If requested by the organisation (and the participant consents), we can also provide the participant’s manager or HR representative with a summary of the psychometric assessment results.

For team development, we can facilitate a team workshop where we share all participants’ personality test results and discuss the implications for the team in terms of relating to and influencing each other, etc.

Our Registered Psychologists are accredited by a range of publishers to use a wide range of psychometric tests, including but not limited to: the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), the Hogan Development Survey (HDS), the Motives Values and Preferences Inventory (MVPI), the SHL Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), the Saville Wave, the Saville Focus, the Strong Interest Inventory (SII), the Myers Briggs and the Watson-Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal.

Employee Testing

To enhance the clarity of the information and ensure an opportunity for questions to be answered, our Registered Psychologists provide clients with a consultation session to accompany the written report, usually within 24 hours of the candidate receiving verbal feedback on their psychometric test results.

Organisation Development

This may include assessment centres to determine strengths and developmental areas, with elements such as psychometric and 360° assessments, behavioural interviewing, in basket exercises and role plays. This is accomplished by identifying the team’s strengths and development needs, and working through methods for maximising group performance and enjoyment.
