We will respond to any
maintenance requests or sudden problems and arrange for repair work.
Our tenants have around the clock access to us, even if a problem
should arise in the middle of the night. This reassures the tenant as
well as you, the investor, that we are looking after your property 24
hours a day, 7 days a week.
conduct 6 monthly
inspections as standard, with the initial one 3 months after a tenant
moves in. However we will check more frequently if the tenants
behaviour puts them on our radar (late payments, neighbour
complainants). If you would like more frequent inspections we can
arrange for this. We also conduct “drive by” inspections on your
property whenever we are traveling nearby to make sure that everything
looks in good order.
