You can extend your practice and teaching skills with over 50 workshops and 30 national and international presenters from many yoga traditions. There are also inspirational teachings from spiritual masters in yoga philosophy, vedanta, the tattwas and more.
There are opportunities to learn methods to attain inner peace through meditation, pranayama, and yoga nidra, plus explore a diversity of traditions including Astanga, Iyengar,Kundalini, Art of Living, Satyananda, Purna, Vinyasa, Deeksha, Kriya, Krishnamacharya and Samata.
