At Relationships Aotearoa we provide a variety of counselling and education services.

This section describes some of the different types of counselling we offer ( eg personal counselling, couple counselling, workplace counselling). It also includes some ideas about when these different types of counselling may be useful.

If you want to know what actually happens in a counselling session, want some tips on choosing a counsellor, or want to know what counselling costs then this is the section for you.

This section shows you what courses we are offering in each area of the country. This includes our Parenting though Separation courses and our Relating Well in New Zealand programme for new migrants.

This is where you can find out about supervision for counsellors, professional support for people in demanding workplace roles, and training or facilitation support for your workplace.

If you are not happy with our service we would like to hear from you and sort things out. We encourage you to use this process to give us your feedback.

If you need help right now these are the numbers to call.
