Dance is Wellington City’s Dedicated Pole Fitness and Studio! We
teach pole dancing and pole fitness to women and men of all ages, shapes, and sizes in a
positive, fun, and encouraging atmosphere. We aim to help all of our
students to gain strength, improve fitness, and build confidence through
learning this amazing aerial dance form, and promote pole fitness as a beautiful art form and exciting fitness discipline!
Our exciting, and creative lessons, are perfectly
suited for absolute beginners through to experienced pole artists, and
are held at our beautiful central city studio. We hold lessons five
days a week, including Saturdays, and we offer both Co-Ed and women-only
classes so we’re sure we have a class to suit you.
