To ensure that participants benefit from tailored, individual guidance our classes are restricted to a maximum of 8 people.
Mat classes are 45 minutes long.
Private classes are 55 minutes long.
All classes may feature mats, power circles, weights, bars, and other equipment as necessary.
To suit all levels and bodies we offer classes divided into introductory, basic, intermediate and advanced levels.
Pre-requisites - All participants must complete an introductory course before progressing to the basic, intermediate and advanced classes.
course familiarises participants with the principles, vocabulary and
fundamental exercises used in Pilates. It reveals and explains correct
posture, breathing and movement control. Upon completing the
introductory course participants may progress to the basic level class.
basic class further develops the skills and techniques learnt in the
introductory course. More challenging exercises are introduced, with a
focus on control and the activation of core muscles.
classes engage participants by testing their ability to master basic
exercises with proficiency. Core strength is enhanced and participants
will feel challenged but safe.
one-on-one sessions allow the instructor to guide the participant
directly and tailor the class to their needs. The participant will
receive individual attention and will be able to make use of a Peak
Performance Reformer and tower, mats, power circles, weights, bars, and
other equipment as necessary.
