This course familiarises
participants with the principles, vocabulary and fundamental exercises
used in Pilates. It reveals and explains correct posture, breathing and
movement control. Upon completing the introductory course participants
may progress to the basic level class.
To ensure that participants benefit from tailored, individual guidance our classes are restricted to a maximum of 8 people.
Mat classes are 45 minutes long.
Private classes are 55 minutes long.
All classes may feature mats, power circles, weights, bars, and other equipment as necessary.
To suit all levels and bodies we offer classes divided into introductory, basic, intermediate and advanced levels.
Pre-requisites - All participants must complete an introductory course before progressing to the basic, intermediate and advanced classes.
