Rachel Vogan – President  - Owner and director of the communications company The Daisy Chain ltd and Plant Brokers, a plant sourcing and garden design company.  

Rachel is a credible and experienced Garden commentator. With 25 years experience, Rachel’s passion and commitment to the industry is obvious. One to champion excellence, in marketing and communication, her skills as a garden writer   and journalist are highly regarded in print, radio, online and television.

Her motto is “educate, stimulate and activate” whether that be on a consumer or industry level, she sees engagement as key. Being an expert in her field, she is often called on as a spokes person on gardening related issues.

Rachel’s career started as an apprentice at Bayliss Nurseries, moved into marketing and garden retail. She lectured at Christchurch Polytechnic School of Horticulture for a number of years, is currently Show Ambassador for The Ellerslie International Flower Show and a sought after public speaker on gardening.

Rachel identifies the Re build and the Garden City as a priority for both the people of the city and also to the garden industry which operates and supplies the region.

The receiver of Trolleys checks that all trolleys are received complete, undamaged, clean and workable when exchanged. Each nursery, transporter or retailer hires the number of Trolleys needed to run their business. The receiver of loaded trolleys must always have an equal number of trolleys ready for exchange. They are responsible for ensuring no trolleys or components are lost. Truck drivers and retailers hours of packing and handling time.
