At Monitor New Zealand Limited we offer three levels of service. However they are not set in stone. If you have any specific requirements, let us know and we will endeavor to accommodate them.

Alarm Activations, Fail to Test and Fault signals responded to, plus Open / Close signals monitored and logged to history but not responded to.

Part Managed

Alarm Activations, Fail to Test and Fault signals responded to plus Scheduled Close checked once at night (Open Signals logged to history).

Fully Managed

Alarm Activations, Fail to Test and Fault signals responded to plus Scheduled Open / Close all checked against schedule.

Messages about alarms and other signals can be automatically transmitted to the mobile phones of customers.

Allows reports to be e-mailed to customers automatically as well as the automatic notification of faults to technicians at preset times or as they occur.

Internet client access

Allows customers to access their logs (history) anytime they wish thereby providing total transparency to the monitoring function.

Automatic Dialling

Efficient fast dialling of customers contact numbers reduces the time taken to communicate with customers.

SQL Database

Allows very large volumes of data from customer alarms to be processed very quickly.
