Pre-Design & Planning

New site or the existing, entire facility refurbishment or just parts of it, building new or refurbishing an existing building, what happens if we acquire or divulge a division, what are the compliance issues. Many of our clients have found that having an independent review of their functional relationships has a significant improvement in their efficiency and productivity.

Design & Documentation

As we go through the design process together, the options and ideas are refined further and further until we have the best design solution to take forward into the construction documentation. Design work is typically sketchy and includes layout plans and 3-D views so you can understand what you are getting. This can include structural, services, hydraulic, electrical, or process engineers, and quantity surveyors.

Procurement & Construction

To do this we visit the site regularly, answer questions and resolve problems, instruct rectification work, hold site meetings, and manage the paperwork that runs the contract. However there are times where it is more important to get value for money, where there is a need for a special quality of work for the right price.
