I’m passionate about the difference that good internal communications can make to your organisation achieving its goals.  Public sector, private sector, not for profit, $100m turnover to low turnover, the way you communicate with staff will always have an impact.  And contrary to popular belief, improving your internal communications doesn’t need to cost any money, and its effects can be instantaneous.

Anyone can communicate well and write a communications plan if shown the basics (you don’t need to be a writer to write a plan).  I specialise in training people to develop a strategic communications plan (one that links in to the greater project/organisational goals).  Whether you’re a senior manager wanting to improve the way you communicate with your team over the coming weeks or months, or an IT project manager who wants to be able to write your own project communications plans, I can help.
