Referrals by a Participant
A participant in the FSCL scheme has an obligation to refer a client to FSCL if it is unable to resolve a complaint made by their client.
Internal Dispute Resolution
FSCL offers participants assistance in setting up and maintaining internal disputes resolution processes and in training in how to deal with complaints and complainants.
