Unless Remote Supoport Incidents are included in your Supprot Plan there will be a separate charge for this support session. The Remote Support Session is arranged and scheduled with our Support Team. Either boforehand or at the scheduled time you will donwload and run the Remote Support Agent onto your computer desktop.Start a remote Support Session
1. Arrange with our support team a Remote Support Session
Windows will issue a "File Download - Security Warning" before the download starts. Below is an axample of the security warning to expect. To accept the download choose the Save option - point the Save In location to Desktop and allow time for the file to be copied to your desktop.
3. There will now be a new icon on your desktop titles RemteSupportAgent which will allow you to make your computer available for Remote Support to our Technical team with dual control like the driving instructor concept. Both of us can see your screen, either of us can use the keyboard and mouse to control operations.
