When data loss is identified or suspected you are generally best advised to turn your system off immediately as continued use may hamper the Data Recovery process leading to increased costs and possible reduced outcomes. Simply hold the power switch in until it shuts off or unplug the affected computer from the mains power supply the call us. Removing the power cord is generally better and safer than using the Windows shut down sequence.

We carry spare desktop and laptop computers that can be made available to keep you operating during this period In some cases we need to perform some level of repair prior to fully accessing the options available.

What Are Data Recovery Costs?

We have a large number of options and an array of options to address various causes of Data Loss and many methods and processes to restore or recovery lost data. These services start from $138 ($120 + GST) which is payable in advance by Credit Card and range up according to the need. Many of the higher value Data Recovery Services we offer have two separate components being an Inspection Fee and a Data Recovery Fee which is only payable on successful recovery of data in many cases.
