Stage 1 - Pre-Service
The firsts step is to obtain contact details, gather required information about the data that is of importance, the events leading up to the problem, the desired result and timeframe required.
A pre-service First Aid Needs Analysis is performed to establish if the desired result is a likely outcome from one of our First Aid Services.
Stage 2 - Booking
Having estblished which service is required, the next step to to pay your booking fee by credit card which can be done by phone or fax or the link later on this page and this value will be later applied to the value of the service provided. After the Booking Fee is paid a Job Number is assigned and technical resources allocated to this reference number.
Stage 3 - Delivering First Aid Service
From the reference number our Csutomer Service Team will arrange suitable time and deliver the First Aid Service as required.
