Address: 10890 Pennycress Street
Biographical Information: Wellington resident since 1997. Current job,

Standards on the War against Terrorism. Retired U.S. Army and Viet Nam
Reasons for Wishing to Serve on the Board: I am interested in becoming a
member of the Board of Directors because I wish to preserve the quality of
life in Wellington. Although Wellington may be limited in physical size that
does not mean the Board should be limited in its service to the Association
members. I strong believe that the Board must be focused on providing the
best possible service to the Community. I believe in “Customer Service” not
“Servicing the Customer” and Customer Service is what the Board should be
providing to the members of the Association. Service is effectively
communicating with association members, responding to their needs,
valuing their worth, and instilling excellence through courtesy, confidence,
and enthusiasm. That means that I will be “PROACTIVE” VS “REACTIVE.”
Are tired of issues taking forever to get solved, then vote for me and I will
do my best to get those issues resolved in the least amount of time.
Issues of Particular Interest: If you have noticed that things that made
Wellington a great place to live have been disappearing, things just don’t
seem to be getting done, social events, etc. then like me are looking for
