Are you someone who wants to be fit and healthy but would prefer to exercise in the privacy of your own home? Justin is available for 1-2-1 mobile bookings. We can cater for individual and group training sessions (max 6 people).

Eight Week Blitz
Ideal for weight management, fitness and toning, eight is an 8 week gym based training programme which incorporates 8 half hourl weekly Personal training sessions. As diet management is fundamental to your success we will also look at your nutritional requirements and daily intake. The complete package.
