the European organic market is regulated through the Council
Regulation (EEC) No 2092/91 all European companies wanting to
import certified organic produce from a third country need to join
the certification scheme.
European importer who wants to import produce made in a country not listed on the so called "Third Country List" to date,
must apply for an import authorisation prior to importation.

competent authority of your country respectively federal state.

any more due to New Zealand entering the so called "Third Country
List" of the Council Regulation (EEC) No 2092/91 in July 2002. Nevertheless the
documentation has to be complete and correct for the concerned
European certification agency to verify.
