Since the European organic market is regulated through the Council Regulation (EEC) No 2092/91 all European companies wanting to import certified organic produce from a third country need to join the certification scheme.

Every European importer who wants to import produce made in a country not listed on the so called "Third Country List" to date, must apply for an import authorisation prior to importation.

Our service would be to assist you actively through the application process. We will organise all the documentation necessary to verify the product as organic and forward them to the competent authority of your country respectively federal state.

The application for import authorisation for produce made in New Zealand is not necessary any more due to New Zealand entering the so called "Third Country List" of the Council Regulation (EEC) No 2092/91 in July 2002. Nevertheless the documentation has to be complete and correct for the concerned European certification agency to verify.
