Brother prides itself on its after sales support which is based on a nationwide dealer support network backed by Brother's spare parts, a help desk, and a workshop that acts as repairer of last resort.Our nationwide network of authorised dealers and resellers also stock the consumables for your product and through our distribution system can order in products that they do not have (and any spare parts needed for a repair), usually overnight.Each product has its own warranty period during which time we will repair free of charge any defect that is attributable to manufacturing.

Brother has taken reseller and end user confidence and satisfaction to a new level by offering a free on site service to repair faults that occur within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase, in any of its Fax, Printer, Multi Function or Digital Copier products sold.

This is in addition to any other warranties and consumer guarantees that may apply through any relevant New Zealand law or promotional offer made by Brother from time to time.

This service will be carried out as soon as possible during normal office hours by a Brother approved and trained technician.

For customers who live significant distances from the nearest repair agent, Brother reserves the right to replace (rather than repair) a product at its cost.

This offer is communicated to the consumer by the dealer completing the Customer Satisfaction Certificate above. This Certificate also records the necessary details that need to be confirmed to begin the process.

The despatching of the technician at a time to suit the consumer will be coordinated by the Brother Help Desk 0900 552 152.
