Maggys are experts in wedding catering that has ranged from an informal afternoon tea through to a sit down buffet, or semi plated format. We are equally at home in a formal setting or in a marquee in a country paddock.
At Maggy's we understand that budgets and tastes vary so we prefer to tailor individual menus for our clients.
We cheerfully cater for special dietary or culinary requirements and are happy to supply references.
We are able to supply professional staff for both food and bar service. While food service staff are often included in the price package, bar staff are charged out separately at a rate of $20 per hour, with a three hour minimum.
Where food service staff are not included the charge rate is Chef / Supervisor $30 per hour, wait staff $20 per hour with a three hour minimum.
