Our out door functional training involves pushing yourself using the muscles you use on a regular day to day way.We extend your natural movement paterns by strengthing your basic muscle groups with tyre flipping,sled dragging,sand bag loading and more.This type of training will give you a full body work out in half the time of a standed work out session.
Then there is the standed training session that are one on one, these are great for motivation and keeping you on track with your goals.
