Basically though, you have 3 main options: - Personal Training with me in my private studio - Personal Training in a small group (of up to 4 people) either in the local park or studio - BodyFit Bootcamp - group of up to 12 women (yes, women's only bootcamp) Mon, Wed, Fri 6am -6.50am Exercise programs are available, tailored to your goals and we can add some Nutritionist services in there also to really get some incredible results for you.
