Vintage Hockey is the latest sport to join the growing Vintage Sports Movement that already includes rugby, cricket, softball, golf and football. Vintage Sports Carnivals are designed for players of all abilities, agilities and experience, over 35 years of age.

And if playing the sport you love isn't enough, carnivals are staged in attractive destinations where the chosen sport, in this case hockey, has a significant presence.

It's really hard to believe that return flights to the beautiful island of Barbados start from only £600 from London, €717 from Dublin and only US$400 from New York.

Flights from Sydney (via LA) start from AU$2,063 and return flights from Berlin start from €875.

Since 1976 when the club first entered the hockey arena until today, we continue to record unimpeded success year after year. As titleholders, we were selected on a number of occasions to represent Barbados at the Pan American Hockey Club Championships, over the years the club has made a number of tours which include the UK, USA, Canada, Trinidad & Tobago and Guyana.

In recent years with quite a few of the players reaching the vets age we now compete annually in the locally organized Banks International Hockey Festival and have won the vets category of that tournament for the last three years. We are hoping to take that momentum in the Vintage Hockey Carnival.Any teams arriving for the carnival and needing to stretch a leg before the competition begins will be welcome to our club. We look forward to the games on the field and the activity that follows.

Carnival packages start from US$1,295.00 per person (share twin or double), packages are also available for triple or quad. All prices are per person and are quoted in US dollars. All packages are subject to availability and where particular properties and rooms are sold out, the organisers will offer similar rooms and hotels.

Entering your team is very easy:

We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Kind Regards,

The Vintage Hockey Team.
