Weigh Label Station
Workstations for weighing, recording and labelling retail ready and inventory (carton) product. Our workstations include the Touchscreen terminal, scale(s), label printer(s) and free standing mountings that support the entire assembly. "Protecting the Processing" is a core Triton concern.
Networked PC terminals operate independently, and cooperatively. This labelling & recording system has multiple layers of redundancy to enable processing to continue for several days/weeks as a standalone system, should servers or plant IT systems collapse for any reason.
Workstations can be manual or Auto operated 'Item' or 'Carton' stations.
Single or multiple scales, sinlge or multiple labellers, using colour and 'One-Shot' product selection for fast, accurate and efficient processing. Get it right 'first time'.
Export packing and Food Service applications to suit YOUR processing operation.
Retail Ready items. Usually small screen (840SE) terminals, Operator or Auto selection of product (weight or barcode or pre-selected) for fast throughput. We have throughput rates as high as 40 per minute, with automatic carton totalising (count of items or weight).
Cartons, Bulk bins, Inventory units . Large and small screen terminals (860SE and 840SE) Semi-automatic and Automatic carton systems use the same workstation, upgraded software with Infeed and Outfeed units. Carton throughputs >20 cartons per minute. Scan or RF identification of product is provided. As other automatic identification methods become available, you can be assured Triton will be investigating those.
Order processing to accurately pack daily orders for fresh delivery, or to accumulate orders over multiple processing periods.
In both systems, item and individual box production information collected is sent to the office PC running the Boning Room Manager for Production, Yield, Stock and Productivity reporting.
The information associated with carcasses attached to barcode or RFID identifiers on bodies (or primal items) entering the process room may have the carcase history attached to output productsto be tracked onward through the de-boning process for; individual carcase yield, operator productivity, carcase traceability (pasture to plate).
