When machines are installed all operators are provided with basic operator training by our technicians. Further training packages are available to encourage customers to be proactive rather than reactive with their coders ensuring trouble free operation

We offer a range of training courses from basic operator training to the more
advanced engineer training, available for both ink jet and laser. The training
can be conducted at our premises at Whitchurch or at your premises - whatever
suits. The Needham Group will provide the equipment, however there are restrictions
on the number of participants on each course to ensure individual attention.
