We service all Christchurch Metropolitan Areas and the North Canterbury region.


Tuesday to Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm


Sundays, Public Holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Year

We have flexible appointment hours.

We will do our best to arrive on time but traffic conditions, emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances will sometimes cause us to be late or need to reschedule.

Consults are scheduled to be as geographically close as possible to each other, which means we may not be in your area on a particular day.

Exceptions can be made but may incur a surcharge.


The charge for a House Call is $80.00 during normal office Hours. This includes consulting the owner and the general clinical examination of his/her pet. Required treatments, procedures and medications are not included in this fee and are charged accordingly.

Consultation Fee

    The consult fee includes the visit to your home and the examination of your pet.

    The fee is the same for ALL AREAS serviced.


    Such as treatment , medications and vaccinations are charged separately. Treatment options and costs are always discussed with the client prior to treatment.

    Cancellation Fee

    Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will attract a $40 cancellation fee. If our vet arrives at your house and you are not at home, and have not advised us, then a full consultation fee will be charged.

    Pet insurance

    We highly recommend pet insurance to help with the cost of veterinary treatment for your animal.
