Early this year I attended one of Jill Maas workshops and made the doll pictured over 2 days. It was a really fun experience (especially now I have a nice new sewing machine)!

I love the concept of all the SLIGHTLY WEATHERED LADIES dolls designed by Jill and the fact that they make people smile. All the dolls are named and tell their own story. Check out

The RAINBOW WOOL used for dolls hair was great for texture and colours check out our RAINBOW WOOL category.

EASTER SAT 7TH APRILis the last LITTLE BIG MARKET at Mount Maunganui for the season. Check out their website. This one is well worth attending with more creativity, variety , atmosphere, entertainment and great food.

If you are driving between Tauranga and Whakatane don't go past the RED BARN BAKERY & CAFE at Thornton. It is well sign posted with plenty of parking and set in well kept gardens.

All the food and specialty breads are made daily on the premises. So take a break from driving with a great coffee, delicious food and be sure to check out the FELTMAKER DISPLAY cabinet of gifts and cards.

My grandson Max was born on Tues 19th March. The proud parents are my daughter Dee and husband Andrew. Max is a brother for Jessica.

Congratulations All.
