Our physiotherapy approach begins with firstly an initial assessment. This first assessment generally is one hour which allows the practitioners to do a thorough subjective and objective examination gaining all of the required information to provide detailed reports an injury diagnosis an prognosis. This assessment is the first step in educating you on what the issues or issues are, what the effective management plan will be and how we can implement the plan to fast track your recovery.

Follow up sessions range between 30 to 60 minutes depending on your availability of time. Spending time with our client base is important to us for a number of reasons. We believe when exercising that to re-correct movement it takes the experience of correct movement to change movement. When looking at making significant changes to tension and pain it allows us to make significant inroads to reducing tension and improve mobility through the entire structure or structures involved with massage, trigger point release, mobilization work, manipulation and stretching techniques.

Our knowledge of the body and its movements is second to none which gives us the ability to educate you on what your issue is and teach you how to re-correct it. With experience we have found that if an individual doesn't now what is wrong and how they can look after themselves then their injury tends to drag on. We have a strong educative  format to our approach and believe in teaching you how to remedy and prevent your issue(s) from returning.
