Our testing regime is catered to our clients levels of ﬁtness and ﬂexibility to which they are currently measured at with the results allowing our team to set realistic goals and achievable results.
The ﬁtness testing is an important application to the rehabilitation and ﬁtness process.
These sessions generally are 60 minutes in length and are a workout in their own right.
