There is a purpose leader for each of the 5 purposes of the church. The
purpose Leader acts as a coach who supports the leaders of each ministry within their particular purpose. Since each of the five purposes should also be happening to some degree in any ministry of the church; the Purpose Leaders advice is available to other ministries too.
