Spiraweld Industries manufactures Stainless Steel Pipe from 70mm to 762mm nominal bore diameter. We have been making stainless steel pipes for 25 year for distribution throughout New Zealand Australia and the Pacific. The highest quality is ensured by using:

  • Low carbon grade stainless steel

  • T304L T316L and 2205 grade

  • Low profile internal and external welds (continuous uniform shape and thickness)

  • Immersion in a mixture of nitric and hydrofluoric acid (pickles and passivates the weld and pipe


  • Diameter: maximum  +/- 0.75%

  • Length:  =10mm - 0, available in 6 metres and up to 10 metres long

  • Material: As specified - material certificates issued upon request

  • Protection: Each length inspected prior to compete immersion to chemically descale and passivates the internal and external surfaces of the pipe

  • Packaging: Either loose or security packaged on pallets

  • Other sizes specified upon request

  • Schedule: pipe sizes up to 4mm thick available

  • Fittings:  Bends, Reducers, Tees, Neck rings and Flanges available

Spiraweld can chemically clean your stainless steel at our plant. Includes cleaning wire or any other surface not suitable for mechanical cleaning. We have an 11 metre long x 1100 wide x 1000 deep. We have the facility to clean large and small components. Components are placed direct into or on a cradle and immersed in the nitric/hydrofluoric solution for up to 8 hours. The benefits are:

We have two baths. The large bath is 3760mm long x 1350 wide x 1000 deep, and is capable of polishing 6 metre long hand rails. The small bath is capable of racking small items on our racks or for large runs personalised racks designed to maximise runs and costs and time. The benefits are:
