You are not alone, one in five people will experience mental unwellness at some stage in their lives and this can impact on family, friends, work and relationships. "We can support you, as you support the one you care for".
Families / whanau and carers, identifying their need for support, and having the courage to ask. Staff listening, offering, hope, encouragement and discussing options. Providing assistance in developing coping strategies.
Working alongside families, whanau and carers as they identify their skills, strengths, and the wisdom to speak for themselves.
To providing, learning opportunities for families whanau carers, and the community, on their educational requirements.
Offering a wide range of resources and information covering topics around mental health, drug and alcohol related issues as well as self care. Providing links to other community services and agencies.
Children of Parents who have a Mental Illness (COPMI )
Supporting children and young people affected by a family members mental illness or addiction. Remember your not alone, your feelings do matter, it can get better, we can help you by providing:

- Support: - Someone to listen to you
