Our candidates are offered secure access to their own files 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using the latest secure extranet technology.

allows a candidate to review all of the activity which we are undertaking on their behalf. Every named or anonymous approach or phone call that we have made for them; any feedback obtained following a meeting; a complete record of our work together.

A video CV enables a candidate who might otherwise have been overlooked (perhaps due to an unusual career history) to have an opportunity to present himself / herself in person and obtain that crucial first interview.
The filming is done at our office and is free of charge to those candidates who we feel would benefit from this innovative approach.
