Co-ordination with designers
We work with our clients own designer or we introduce a designer to your project to establish the scope of a project, budget and timeframe.
Accurate and detailed quotations are submitted based on a developed design, scope of works and building schedule.
We lodge building consents, arrange structural engineers, producer statements and seek landlord approvals. At job completion we arrange final inspection and obtain Council Code of Compliance.
We manufacture and supply all components required for the completion of a fit-out whether this be display systems, point-of-sale units, shop fronts, counters, furniture etc.
Every project undertaken by us has a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to drive the programme to meet our commitment to our client.
Our experienced carpenters are on site to carry out de-fits and produce the new fit-out in co-ordination with other sub-contractors. This includes but is not limited to; structural work, ceilings, partitions, installations of joinery and furniture, shop fronts etc. All sub-trades are managed by our Project Manager and selected on the basis of
their ability to provide a high standard of service for
the right price.
