What can we do?Feasibility study

We can analyse your site for it's optimal use.

Concept design

From the brief, we create your dreams and turn them into reality through concept plans

and 3D computer modelling so that you can see the finished project before it's built.

Resource Consent

In some cases, the project falls outside the requirements of the district scheme. In this

case we can work with the relevant Council and Town Planning Consultant for

Resource Consent approval.

Building Consent

We pride ourselves on preparing comprehensive detailed drawings and specifiactions

to obtain Building Consent. We can assisit in the process by constant communication

with relevant Council.

Working Drawings

Taking the design to a stage where a builder can build it, and the relevant Council will

approve it.

Tender Drawings

The drawings can be priced by several contractors to give you the best price.

Site Observation

Construction and the many parties that participate in the process can prove stressful

at the best of times. We offer site observation which enables us to co-ordinate the

building process with the client.

Interior Design

We can design the interior concept including the furnishings, finishes and colours to

create the desired ambience throughout.

Turn - key Solution

We can provide a comprehensive turn - key service for your project, from early

inception to completion encompassing all the aspects above.

The Technology

We use CAD (Computer Aided Design) technology for most of our drawings which has

the added advantage of being able to view our designs in 3D. Do you find concept

plans and elevations confusing? Let us show you your building in 3D perspective.
