Supporting the Account Executive in all insurance-related functions is an assigned Sales Team which consists of at least one Account Manager and one Account Consultant.  The Account Manager is a high-level, internal representative who is very experienced and extremely proficient in the products, paperwork, and rules and regulations of our business.  Their most important job is to be easily accessible in order to assist brokers and their clients with any inherent urgent situations and/or problems that may arise, especially in the absence of the Account Executive. Like the Account Manager, the Account Consultant also works very closely with the broker/agency, and offers specialized support in areas such as quoting, new case submission processing, providing renewal options, and facilitating claim and other inquiries.  Account Managers and Account Consultants are licensed professionals who work in tandem on many issues with each other and their Account Executive teammates.
