Exceptional colt foal
by Romany's Tinker Taylor
out of a Gisborne-bred mare (15hh)
Offered For sale: $4500

This classy black/white Gypsy Cob sporthorse colt will excel in any discipline, and with his dramatic looks will turn heads. Sporting almost identical markings to his sire, well conformed with beautiful movement and is coal black in colour.
Like all Gypsy Cobs, he loves people, and is very relaxed and sensible.

Outstanding presentation of this stallion by EB Lodge, Australia for the Open Stallion Parade in Sydney, an evening event.
TK made his debut at 7.10pm for the first time under saddle with his rider Sophie Upson without fault.
TK seemed to enjoy his 5 minutes of fame, despite it being only his 3rd event ever. Having only competed in 2 shows in NZ last season - winning Supreme Champion in both shows was outstanding achievement enough along with winning the "Grand Champion Pinto" Trophy".
This stallion is certainly showing us he's got what it takes in the winners circle, and he likes to be admired.
EB Lodge will continue to campaign and showcase Romany's Tinker Taylor both in-hand and under saddle this season in Australia. I can see that we will be spending time flying over to Aussie for shows - but after the Stallion Parade - I can't wait!
Well done EB Lodge - and special thanks to Sophie, TK's rider.

Romany Cobs at Appleby Fair

Having lived and breathed Appleby Fair, day after day over the period of several days, I am happy to report that I didn’t see any tragic accidents or deaths, although Gypsy Families have told me some very sad stories of the past ending in tragedy.
