We do a lot of work with new franchisees, often new to Retailing to develop their skills to manage the rigours of a full retail day. There is an old cliche that one is born a retailer. Whilst there is some truth in this we find in most cases we are able to find the retailer in everyone.

Our franchisee development and related training programs are customised to suit the client and the retail discipline.

Training methodology

If you ask us to train your front line staff, we will do that with pleasure but will always remind you that you are dependent on us coming back time and again to train your new staff as your staff turn over. Our preferred approach to training is to work with your line and store managers, giving them the skills and tools they need to train and manage the performance of front line staff.
