KINEXUS performs steady shear, transient, and dynamic oscillatory measurements using parallel plate, cone and plate, couette, rectangular torsion, dynamic tension, and other fixtures. The rheometer's true 32 bit, multi-tasking software is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, and/or 7 operating systems, and provides a convenient platform for instrument operation, data anlysis, and system networking. For precise control of sample temperature, KINEXUS offers a series of environmental control systems ranging from circulating fluid bath, through Peltier plate and couette, to a circulation airflow furnace for a wide temperature range (-180 to 600°C) and maximum temperature stability. The furnace is designed for testing polymer melts, solid, and fluid materials. Other options include a High Pressure Cell (HPC) and UV Cell.

Temperature Control Units The instrument can be delivered with temperature control units using either thermostat liquid or resistively heated/adiabatically cooled furnaces for plate/plate, cone/plate, and solids testing. The VISCOANALYSER system was designed following a modular concept, and can be upgraded to meet a user's expanding needs and requirements without any compromise in performance.



Standard software allows frequency sweep testing and a special SHRP program provides binder specification testing at 10 rad/s.VISCOANALYSER DSR was specifically designed with resistively heated lower plate and radiant heated upper plate, rather than the conventional water circulating bath systems.



The instrument couples nano radian position resolution and nano Newton meter torque range, with our patendted Differential Pressure Quantitative Normal Force Sensor, and Windows XP compatible RheoExploer V5 operational software. The Normal Force Sensor has a wide dynamic range and can be used for both user selectable constant force loading and quantitative normal force measurements.



Also featured are Extensional Viscosity measurement by convergent flow, hyperbolic die or precision melt strength system with optional extrudate profile measurement.
