Leadership Development Programme

There are five topics in the Leadership Development programme;

Personal Productivity Programme

The practice of continuous improvement is embedded so participants have a habit of constantly improving ‘how’ they do their work.

There are six topics in the Personal Productivity programme;
1. Personal Effectiveness (Includes time management and goal setting)
2. Effective Communications
3. Effective Writing
4. Effective Meetings
5. Leading and Working in Teams (Includes simple project management)
6. Impact and Influence
