  • Rent Collection and Bill Payments - Collect and process rent payments, pay all Bills associated with the property and forward or direct deposit adjusted balance to the Landlord in a timely manner.
  • Bid Gathering and Supervision of Maintenance, Repairs & Improvements.

What should I expect to pay for this service?

The industry norm is to charge a percentage of the monthly gross rental income to manage income property, whether it be a single condominium or a six unit multi-family. While a number of agencies charge percentages that can range from 8% to 12%, our office charges 6% to 8%.
