Original loaf
The loaf that started it all - moist, soft and holds together well when cut.

Mixed seed
We start with an original loaf then mix through it hulled sunflower seeds pumpkin seeds and black chia.

Savoury loaf
Something different. Olives, peppers and onions are mixed through the loaf and then a generous topping of cheese finishes it off.

Plain Baguette
Just like the plain loaf only in stick form. Ideal for Garlic bread, filled rolls, croutes or make your own subs.

Spiced Fruit loaf
A soft fruit loaf, well spiced with currants, raisins and apricots mixed through. Ideal in the morning, toasted with butter and/or honey.

Buns - 4 pack
Buns just perfect for burgers, filled rolls or a bacon and egg buttie.

Pizza base - family size (30cm) - 1 per pack
Pre-baked pizza bases. All you have to do is finish with your choice of toppings and bake, that's all there is to it. Our bases have a good bread type texture as well as that traditional 'bite and tear' crust.

Lievito Bakery - bread

San Fran' Sour While the recipe and technique are similar to the Pain au Levain the difference with this loaf is that the poolish, or sourdough starter, is made from a culture found in San Francisco. Filled Ciabatta Take ciabatta dough and fill it with tomato relish, peppers, olives, oven roasted garlic and cheese then bend it into a horseshoe.
