A Customised Pilates Studio Programme
We have now worked with over 500 clients. We have found that clients benefit the most from having an initial assessment session, a programme development session and follow-up sessions as required to learn and practise the exercises.
Initial Consultation (with your instructor)
At the initial consultation, your instructor will discuss with you any problems you may have and establish the goals you would like to achieve. They will assess your strength and flexibility, and then create an individualised programme tailored to your needs. This initial consultation will take approximately an hour.
Following Sessions (with your instructor)
These sessions are really important to get you working well and feeling confident with your programme. At your second and subsequent sessions your instructor will check with you to determine if you have any concerns about the exercises, adjust the programme if required and work through the exercises with you to increase your understanding of the exercises and the benefits of these. Talk to your instructor about booking further sessions to continue developing the programme or work by yourself for a couple of weeks and then book a review session with your instructor to advance your programme.
Once you are comfortable with your programme, you will be able to continue in your own time. Most people find that two to three sessions a week produce outstanding results in four to six weeks.
Review Sessions (with your instructor)
Once your programme is established we recommend monthly reviews with your instructor. These are to gradually advance your programme by varying the resistance and adapt the difficulty of the exercises to continue to challenge you and help you achieve your goals.
