Physiotherapy following breast surgery is important for reducing pain and regaining full function of the affected area. Ideally this should be within 2 -3 weeks of your surgery before stiffness occurs. Our physiotherapists can advise you on how you can maximise your recovery.

Private Medical Insurance will normally refund the cost of post-operative physiotherapy. In addition, The Pink Pilates Trust is dedicated to fundraising for the Pink Pilates programme and is proud to be able to provide subsidised rates for all women within 2 years of their diagnosis.
