Stock Availability We will try our utmost to keep our stock availability updated, but if for whatever reason we do not have stock available, please accept our sincere apology! We will work to find you an alternative that will meet your needs.
Pricing All prices are in New Zealand dollars including GST of 15%. Orders purchased offshore and shipped to overseas addresses are not subject to GST.

We accept the following payment options:
Direct Bank Deposit – you may choose to deposit payment directly into the Offspring Lane bank account. The funds must be received into our account prior to your order being sent. Please contact us for our bank account details should you prefer this payment method.
Cheques – we will accept cheques from customers using a New Zealand based bank account (either personal or bank cheque) however the funds must be cleared prior to your order being sent.Returns & Exchanges
It is important to us that you are happy with the purchase you have made from Offspring Lane. If for whatever reason you change your mind, we will happily exchange it or provide you with a store credit, as long as the following conditions are met:
- The item has been returned within one month of purchasing
- It is returned to the store at the purchasers expense
- It was purchased at full price ie not a sale or discounted item
- It is returned in its original packaging with the price tags or stickers still attached
- It has not been used, worn or washed and is still in perfect condition
- You have a receipt or proof of purchase.
If any item that you purchase from Offspring Lane is faulty please:
- We will arrange a courier pick up or payment for return postage if needed
- We will replace the item or provide you with a store credit - whatever is your preference. If the item cannot be replaced we will refund via the original method of payment.
Please note, the following conditions must have been met:
Shipping & Delivery
- The item has been correctly laundered (assessed by Offspring Lane and/or the Supplier)
- You have a receipt or proof of purchase
National Delivery within New Zealand
Orders are sent via NZ Post Tracked Parcel Post (under $250) or National Courier (over $250).
Delivery within NZ will reach you within 3-5 working days, unless there are unforeseen delays.

International Delivery to Offshore Countries
Orders are sent via NZ Post International Air (under $250) or International Courier.
Delivery to international customers will take 1-3 weeks, depending on your location.
Anywhere in the world
The above freight costs also have size restrictions. If an order is oversized, we will advise you of any additional charges.
Any local duties and taxes are the responsibility of the international customer or recipient.International Ordering
Goods and Services Tax Exemption
If you are an international customer, and your order is being sent to a country outside of New Zealand, you are not required to pay any NZ Goods and Services Tax (GST), which is 15% of the prices displayed on the Offspring Lane website. This will be deducted from the cost of your order.
