Observatory Crest will implement Demand Generation campaigns for all our solutions. These campaigns will focus on increasing the awareness of these technologies in their target market and cover all major geographic markets. All qualified opportunities will be delivered to our channel partners for follow up and closure.


We will make demonstration equipment available to our partners to assist them in the sales process. Some of our vendors have introduced highly effective product demonstration programs which enables partners to gain access to equipment at a substantially reduced cost and implement required licenses on a per customer trial basis. Whilst this program is available to partners to enable them to purchase equipment, Observatory Crest will have its own stock of these units for the channel to utilise.


Where required, we can provide comprehensive sales training for resellers on the technologies we represent. This will include product overviews, product positioning and competitive assessment. Most importantly it will revolve around identifying the customer need and the value proposition offered by a vendors’ solution.


Allowing our partners to keep their customers fully informed of this critical revenue stream is seamless with Observatory Crest. We will keep partners fully informed in relation to when annuity contracts are due for renewal and automatically provide them with the necessary information to continue to support their customers beyond the supply of product.
